On April 27-29, 2014 the Center hosted the second convening on Business Sustainability and Working Conditions in the Bangladesh Garment Sector in Dhaka. The focus of the convening was to bring together representatives of garment sector stakeholders for a frank and practical discussion about challenges facing the industry, especially in the area of sourcing practices and subcontracting.
